This two-bedroom furnished rental is perfect for families and medium-sized groups looking for a furnished rental. It is only a 2-minute walk away from CityPlace, therefore you can get to the major attractions of the area quickly, whether by vehicle or otherwise. Speaking of vehicles, this apartment also comes with a dedicated parking space, so you don’t have to scramble to park or worry about the security of your car. In the unit itself, there is a washer-dryer for laundry convenience. This can come in handy, especially if you want to stay a couple of weeks or months. The bedrooms come with king and queen beds for maximum sleeping comfort and 55-inch smart TVs in each room for entertainment. The living room also has a large 65” TV for your viewing pleasure, and the Juliet balcony is a great spot to take in some of that fresh air.

The property is in a fantastic spot with a secure neighborhood, making it ideal for a family getaway. The pool was enjoyable, though we found the heater wasn't functioning, so we ended up using the hot tub, which was lovely! The guest suites near the pool are compact but offer a nice level of privacy. Keep in mind, this is an older home, so some parts show signs of age. We had issues with the refrigerator and freezer; the freezer was not very cold at all, so we couldn't keep our ice from melting. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and there's only one bedroom on the ground floor in the main house, which might be a concern for those with mobility challenges. Also, note that there are no bathing facilities on the ground floor. Overall, it’s a reasonable option for the area, especially for groups splitting costs.

The location was fantastic, situated in a secure neighborhood, perfect for a family getaway. We loved having the pool, although it was a bit on the chilly side since the heater wasn't functioning. Thankfully, the hot tub was a great alternative! The guest studios near the pool provided a cozy spot for some privacy, even though they were quite compact. Being an older home, it does show some signs of wear and tear. We had issues with the fridge and freezer; the freezer barely cooled, which meant we couldn't get any ice and everything just ended up defrosting. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and with only one bedroom on the main level, it might not be suitable for those with mobility challenges. There’s no shower or bath in the downstairs area. Overall, it was a reasonable price for the location, especially when sharing with other families.
