What a fantastic experience! The host went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. So many wonderful aspects to highlight!

The host was incredibly accommodating, helping us out at nearly 10 PM when our previous Airbnb fell through due to cleanliness issues. Thankfully, we found this place available for a last-minute check-in, and it turned out to be a great experience. Everything was in order and comfortable.

We arrived at the property after our flight landed around 1:00 pm, hoping to enjoy a lunch nearby before our check-in at 4:00 pm. Unfortunately, when we returned at 4:00, we were informed that the cleaning crew was still at the property, and our check-in would be delayed. After several inquiries, we finally got into the unit around 7:45 pm, only to discover that there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom. Workers were still present, tiling the floor, and the noise continued until nearly 9:30 pm. To make matters worse, they left a used toilet and sink in the kitchen during our stay, without any apologies or attempts to rectify the situation. I reached out regarding a potential refund for the inconvenience, but I never received a follow-up. This experience was quite disappointing, and I wouldn't consider booking here again.

Unfortunately, I had to cancel my trip due to an unexpected emergency evacuation, but the owner was very understanding and promptly issued a refund. I appreciate their kindness and responsiveness during a stressful time.
