The host was incredibly helpful and quick to address any questions I had during my stay. They went above and beyond to assist fellow guests with last-minute accommodations for the event. The studio itself is beautifully designed and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable visit. Access to the swimming pool was an excellent bonus, providing much-needed relief after long hours on my feet. I look forward to returning in the future!

I would give the host five stars solely based on their attentiveness and responsiveness. Unfortunately, there were a couple of issues with the apartment that weren't their fault. One bathroom had a faucet that was broken, but the host arranged for it to be repaired promptly. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could use a bit more thorough cleaning, and the towels provided were not up to par. It would be beneficial for the owner to consider replacing them.

We had a fantastic time staying here with a group of 11 for a bachelorette getaway. The house was spotless and just like the photos suggested. It was only a quick Uber ride to all the bars and restaurants we wanted to check out! The host was incredibly quick to respond and very accommodating. This place is truly a gem!
This guesthouse is a fantastic option in the fairly pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or friends looking to share, as the bed can easily be configured as two twins or a king. Its location is incredibly convenient, putting you close to all the attractions in WPB. The kitchen has been beautifully updated with new appliances, including a stove, fridge, and sleek countertops. The bathroom has also been modernized and features thoughtful amenities like a dimmer switch for the lighting. With ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area, along with great air conditioning, staying cool is a breeze. The closet is well-organized with plenty of hanging space and shelves for your belongings. Plus, there's a shared washer and dryer setup and off-street parking available. The property manager was prompt in addressing our concerns and handled a few small issues very well. All in all, this place met our needs perfectly and we wouldn’t hesitate to book with this host again.

Although I wasn't able to stay this time due to an unexpected emergency evacuation, the property manager was very understanding and promptly refunded my payment. I appreciate their flexibility and support in a tough situation.
