The property was quite a distance from the convention center, requiring more than 30 minutes on foot or a quick 5-minute drive. The room was somewhat cramped, featuring just a double bed, a small sofa, and a mini table. Additionally, there were issues with the shower facilities, and the kitchen was lacking essential amenities. Given the location and amenities, the price felt excessive. Thankfully, I was able to get a full refund according to Airbnb's policy, but paying over $300 for this space seemed unreasonable. I hope the pricing is reconsidered and that more facilities are added in the future.

This was a spacious retreat perfect for our weekend getaway with friends. While we encountered a few minor issues, such as a hot tub that could use a thorough cleaning and some cracked flooring on the main level, the overall experience matched the listing description. I would definitely consider booking this place again.

We spent three weeks at this lovely Airbnb and had a fantastic experience. The location couldn't have been better for our first visit to West Palm. Everything we needed was just a short drive away, and some attractions were conveniently within walking distance. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt secure, which was a pleasant surprise given how close we were to all the action. This charming property is over a century old, and we absolutely loved the pool and cabana area in the backyard. The two additional 'casitas' are a great feature for larger groups. The host was very attentive and eager to ensure our stay went smoothly. While the property would benefit from a new washer/dryer and some upgraded pillows, we truly enjoyed our time here and recommend it to anyone traveling with a larger group looking for an ideal spot in West Palm.

I would give the host a full five stars for their attentiveness and service. Unfortunately, the unit itself had a few issues that weren't the host's fault. There was a broken faucet in one of the bathrooms, but the host had it repaired promptly. One of the bathtubs could have used a thorough cleaning, and the towels were not up to par. It would be great if the owner could consider replacing them.
