This guesthouse is a fantastic option in the often expensive West Palm Beach rental scene. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even two friends, with the versatility of a bed that can be set up as twins or a king. The location is conveniently close to various attractions in WPB. The kitchen has been beautifully renovated and comes equipped with a stove, fridge, and modern sink and countertop. The bathroom also features a nice update, complete with thoughtful amenities like a dimmer switch. Ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area help maintain a comfortable environment alongside the efficient air conditioning. The closet is well-designed with plenty of storage options. There's also shared access to a washer and dryer, as well as off-street parking which is a great bonus, especially since the main house is another rental if you need extra space. The host was very responsive and addressed a couple of small issues promptly and positively. All in all, this property met our expectations, and we would definitely consider staying here again.
